MAIN POINT OF DISCUSSION:

1. NEED TO APPOINT A LAWYER TO HANDLE EACH INDIVIDUALS PLOT CASES URGENTLY. THIS IS BECAUSE WE NEED TO PREPARE OUR LAWYER WITH THE APPROPRIATE TIME TO PREPARE THE CASE FACTS, TO URGENTLY RESPOND AND SEEK FOR AN INJUNCTION FROM THE COURT AS OUR LAND MATTER IS STILL INVESTIGATED BY THE POLICE IN ALL ANGLE.
2. THOSE WHO NEVER LODGE A REPORT TO POLICE SHOULD DO IT FAST AND AT THE SAME TIME CAN SEEK OUR ASSISTANCE.
3. THOSE WHO NEVER REPLY TO DEVELOPER’S LAWYER SHOULD DO REPLY NOW INFORMING THEM YOU ARE NOT AGREEABLE TO THEIR PRICE.
4. THE SURVERYOR REPORT MUST BE PREPARED URGENTLY AS WE WILL KNOW HOW MUCH IS THE COST OF OUR LAND AND AT THE SAME TIME WE CAN SUBMIT THE REPORT TO OUR LAWYERS FOR PRESENTATION IN COURT. THIS AT THE SAME TIME WILL SAVE OUR LAWYER’S TIME AND WE WILL HAVE A STRONG PROVE TO CONFIRMED THAT OUR LAND PLUS HOUSE PRICE IS FINALISED BY PROFFESIONALS LICENSED VALUEVER.
5. WE WILL ALSO NEED TO ARRANGE A MEETING WITH THE DEVELOPER BY THE ASSISTANCE OF STATE GOVERNMENT. THIS IS TO ENSURE THEY AGREE WITH OUR PRICE ACCORDANCE WITH VALUTION REPORT OR WE CAN SEEK FOR OTHER OPTION OF COMPENSATION SUCH AS HOUSE AT THE SAME LOCATION.
6. NEED ALL THE RESIDENCE TO GET HOUSE FIRE AND THEFT INSURANCE TO PROTECT OUR PROPERTY FROM BEING VANISH FROM OTHERS WRONG-DOINGS. I WILL ASKED A REQUEST LETTER TO PDRM TO BEEF UP SECURITY AT OUR LAND.

All this above co-operation is needed to safe-guard and to act fast as we have been discussing a lot but we are running off-time. What previously occurs to us should not repeated again and all the residence whether he understood or not regarding our land matter should be educated and should be inform correctly.
For many years we has been quite and suddenly when developer lawyer sent a Notice to Quit, we started to revive again and nothing is up to date has been achieved. By using statements that there is no co-operation, I guess everyone willing to give co-operation but none willing to bring it up forward some even try to put a stop. A petition has been drawn and will be submitted today and hope everyone who interested will come forward to sign so we will deliver direct to YB Lim Guan Eng thru his Assistant.

The question how the Caveat was pulled out will be investigated soon and I have identified the lead who is mainly may or may not involved. A report to Malaysia Bar Council is on the way and they will kindly issue the feed-back of the removal of Caveat but at meanwhile our focus and attention is to safe-guard our land from being taken away by other party for the purpose of development. We should not keep quite and if everyone of you have your own lawyer (supposedly some has even stand-by now) we need not to worry of what others are saying and we should just seek our own lawyer’s advice.
