This is a brief case of what happen to the land at Jln Boundry 5 11400 Ayer Itam Penang. As been requested by the state government, the media and NGO’s, I would like to list down this details. Further details will be provided with prove of some documents.

CRONICLES OF JLN BOUNDRY 5 LAND

28.10.2003 – CERMAI SEMANGAT CAVEAT THE LAND

9.4.2004 – CAVEAT WAS REGISTERED AT THE PENANG LAND OFFICE USING THE SERVICE OF LAWYER G RAJU & COMPANY ADDRESSED AT PENANG.

14.5.2004 – THIS DATE A REGISTERED LETTER WAS SENT BY G RAJU & COMPANY BEHALF OF US TO BENEFICIARY OWNERS OF THE LAND NOT TO SELL THIS LAND TO CERMAI SEMANGAT SDN BHD AS WE HAS PURCHASED THE LAND WITH AN AGREEMENT MANY YEARS AGO FROM THEIR LATE PARENTS AND THEY SHOULD SUD-DIVIDE THE PLOTS AS PROMISED IN OUR AGREEMENT.

9.4.2004 – STARTING FROM THIS DATE CAVEATS HAS BEEN REMOVED BY COURT ENDORSEMENT. REMOVAL OF CAVEAT WAS NOT EXPLAINED BY EITHER LAWYER OR JAWATANKUASA PENDUDUK KAMPUNG BOUNDRY AND NO ANY LETTERS WAS RECEIVED BY THOSE WHO USE THE SERVICE OF G. RAJU & COMPANY. LAWYER CLAIM HAS SENT LETTERS TO THE JAWATANKUASA CHAIRMAN. MANAGED TO OBTAINED A COPY OF THE LETTER FROM ONE OF THE MEMBER OF JAWATANKUASA ON MIDST OF JULY 2009.

 

21.2.2006 – BENEFICIARY OWNERS SOLD THEIR LAND TO CERMAI SEMANGAT WITHOUT TAKING CONSIDERATION OF THE LEGAL SUB-PLOTS OWNERS.

 

11.3.2008 – CERMAI SEMAGAT SOLD THE LAND TO BERSATU STABIL SDN BHD AND THIS COMPANY CAVEAT THE LAND ON THIS DATE.

 

2.6.2008 – BERSATU STABIL SDN BHD PAWN THE LAND TO ALLIANCE BANK MALAYSIA BERHAD.

 

12.6.2009 – RECEIVED A REGISTERED LETTER FROM BAN ENG & ANUAR, A LAW FIRM TO QUIT THE LAND BY 30.9.2009.
